Job Description
1. Seller Communication and Liaison (15%)
Reach out to and onboard sellers into the Caroubiz program
Maintain regular communication with sellers for updates, approvals, and status tracking
Assist sellers in understanding the program flow and what is required from them (payment confirmation, asset submission, campaign timeline, etc.)
2. Sales & Transaction Processing (25%)
Track and document sales tied to Caroubiz purchases, from offer to close
Assist in compiling and updating seller purchase status and lead funnel
Coordinate with finance/admin for any payment-related processes
3. Ads & Campaign Execution (30%)
Set up and manage seller campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads, Boost, TikTok Spark Ads, etc.) as guided by the team
Upload creatives, configure targeting, and ensure timelines are met
Monitor basic ad performance and flag any issues to the team
4. Reporting & Admin (30%)
Update internal trackers related to seller onboarding, ad campaigns, and lead progress
Organize campaign assets and seller-related files in shared drives
Qualifications
Minimum pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Available for a full-time 6-month internship period
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and organized in managing timelines and trackers
Basic understanding of digital ads platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) is a plus
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
