Job Description
As an intern in REFASH, you will function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities. You will play a key role in building REFASH's branding.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting trend research and creating engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s messaging across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS - Rednote), Facebook, and the website.
- Head community management on TikTok, including responding to comments and DMs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative briefs, copywriting (for social media posts, ads, and emails), and the monthly content calendar.
- Generate leads for partnerships and collaboration opportunities (i.e., KOLs, UGC creators, and brands).
- Support other ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- A natural passion and enthusiasm for fashion and social media.
- Creative editing skills (CapCut preferred!) and confidence in being in front of the camera for content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong asset for supporting China-related content.
- Available to commit to full-time internship for 6 months.
Additional Information
- Preferable interns that able to commit for 6 months (months and above can be considered)
- RM1,000 monthly allowance
- Hybrid working arrangement ( 3 days office 2days home), but at time require to work at Refash stores in Klang Valley. HQ is based at the Garden's Midvalley.
- General working hours is Monday - Friday , 10am - 6pm)
