Job Description

Cho Tot Vehicles (Cho Tot Xe) is a specialised business vertical of Cho Tot, with the vision to provide a platform for transparent, efficient and effective vehicle transactions in Vietnam. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, optimising user experiences, and making a real impact, this is your chance to shine.

What You Will Do & How You Make an Impact

  • Lead Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and roll out comprehensive GTM plans for new and existing vehicle-related products and features, driving user acquisition and sales growth while ensuring seamless user experience.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and data teams to design, launch, and monitor impactful campaigns and promotions tailored to vehicle buyers and sellers. Measure campaign effectiveness using relevant metrics.

  • Optimise Product Marketing: Drive growth hacking strategies focused on conversion rate optimisation, increasing user engagement and transaction frequency within the vehicle vertical.

  • Product Feature Ownership: Own the development and delivery of product features that stimulate vehicle purchase and listing activity, such as enhanced listing options, targeted promotions, and user incentives.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Create insightful dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and generate actionable recommendations to improve platform performance and user satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and business units for product planning, implementation, and communication.

  • Other duties as assigned to support the vertical’s goals and overall company vision.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful GTM plans, preferably within the automotive, e-commerce, or tech industry.

  • Strong track record of managing sales funnels and exceeding targets.

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics.

  • Critical thinker with strong reasoning and logical problem-solving skills.

  • Highly self-motivated with excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Positive work ethic with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.

  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Knowledge or passion for the vehicle industry or automotive market trends is a big plus.

  • Data mindset; familiarity with SQL or BigQuery is an advantage.
