Job Description

  • Set the product vision for the Property category and collaborate on the product roadmap, including rolling out new types of user experience across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross functional team including the tech team, to drive execution of the Property roadmap by applying appropriate product design frameworks and methodologies. 
  • Roll out large scale go-to-market efforts by leveraging on data analytics to drive product, UI/UX design, engineering and marketing requirements. 
  • Champion the initiative to gather and synthesise customers' voice and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales and revenue team in growing Property revenue through its product roadmap. 
  • Designing and tracking of metrics of key product rollout, competitor intelligence and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Lead initiatives in supporting business growth. You will analyse business and customer insights (buyer and seller) to form products and solutions that increase value to customers, improve operational efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue. 
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of a product, setting the strategic vision and defining the “why,” “what,” and “when” of what gets built. This work comes before the Product and Engineering team tackles the “how” of building the product. (You'll act as a conduit between stakeholders and the teams that will implement the work). 
  • Responsible for communicating the “why,” “what,” and “when” of what is built to potential buyers and internal teams by using your understanding of the product and knowledge of the market, customers, and competitors to clearly explain the unique value the product brings.
  • Use the product strategy (along with overall marketing strategy) to create the go-to-market plan, keep track of key deliverables, launches and project manages that across the organization.
  • As the go-to-market leader, ensures that internal, customer-facing teams know how to best represent the technical benefits of the product. This can entail collaborating with marketing to hone key messaging, providing training to sales and support teams, and making sure the website will get updated before the next go-to-market. 
  • The product/domain expert for category, tracking metrics and reporting on any shifts in the market, share the future of the product with their colleagues in engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. 
  • As the Senior Product Manager with in-depth insights of the vertical, you'll also responsible for the monetisation/pricing strategy (ie: timing and how to position the product).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full cycle of digital product management experience, preferably in the consumer internet, B2B product space in relation to property.
  • Strong understanding of Product development methodology and frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial behavior and with a resourceful experience.
  • Analytical experience with user behaviour mindset
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • With an entrepreneur mindset; needs to be resourceful, understands digital marketplace and how to create demands and conversions.
  • SEO experience is a huge bonus to have (not a must).

As the Senior Product Manager focusing on the Property category, you'll be championing the delivery, execution and the efficiency on driving projects to deliver/manage challenges which helps property seekers, agents, property developers, lenders and other key stakeholders make confident decisions. Additionally, you'll be focusing on Property Buyers and Sellers user satisfaction, influencing/motivating both internal and cross-functional teams, innovatiing and creating solutions, proactively making recommendations
