Primary Skills : ITIL V3, ITSM

Qualifications: 

Minimum 3 years ServiceNow reporting experience with most current releases (Jakarta preferred)

• Capable of independently creating and modifying extensive reports given adequate requirements

• Ability to validate report accuracy through understanding system configuration and test data

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM service delivery modules (change, incident, etc.)

• ITIL V3 certified 

• Experience in customer facing roles 

• Strong communication skills are a must

• Ability to set accurately estimate work effort and delivery reports on time and within estimated time.
