Job Description
Psychiatrist (Interventional / Addiction Psychiatry / Clinical Research) - OPEN TO NEW GRADS!
- Location: Orange County, CA
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid options
- Compensation range: Base salary $325,000 + total compensation up to $541,000 based on clinical productivity, patient care, and supervision activities.

You’ll work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary outpatient setting alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists, with a strong focus on continuity of care, patient outcomes, and meaningful community impact, offering both in-person and telehealth services.
Requirements :
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
- Active California medical license, NPI, and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Preferred experience or interest in Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional Psychiatry
Overview of Responsibilities - Psychiatrist (Interventional / Addiction Psychiatry)
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management (in-person and telehealth)
- Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary care team
- Supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, and therapists
- Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research opportunities
- Provide crisis support as needed and engage community resources
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
