What You’ll Do

  • Assist with all aspects of personal care, including showering, bathing, toileting, changing incontinence briefs, dressing, and hygiene

  • Safely support client transfers using gait belts and/or hoyer lifts as needed

  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, pet care as needed

  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and a consistent, comforting presence

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our care team to ensure the highest level of care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliability and strong communication skills

  • Experience with hands-on personal care (or a strong desire to learn)

  • Passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals

  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member

  • Previous PCA/CNA/Caregiving experience highly preferred

Position Requirements:

  • Proof of negative TB test- if you need it, we’ll pay for it!

  • Ability to pass a drug screen

  • Authorized to work in the US

  • Registered Home Care Aide (HCA)

  • CPR/First Aid Certification- if you need it, we’ll pay for it!
