  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am-5 pm
  • On site in Irvine, CA

Essential Functions:

  • Master the Care Partners At Home brand, services, and operational workflows.
  • Provide outstanding administrative support by assisting with payroll, ensuring compliance with contracts, and coordinating schedules for Personal Care Attendants and Caregivers.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing client and caregiver needs promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure seamless care coordination, from onboarding clients to scheduling services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records for payroll, scheduling, and client interactions.
  • Contribute to operational success by tracking key performance metrics such as call volume and scheduling efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and enhance the overall client and caregiver experience.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
