Job Title: Occupational Therapist - West Valley location
Join our interdisciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist at our clients Avondale location This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a comprehensive, holistic treatment experience for children with autism and their families.
About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate care at our West Valley Center, located near Avondale and Goodyear. You’ll be part of a collaborative team alongside speech therapists, behavior analysts, counselors, and psychologists. Your work will be vital in providing life-changing therapy to individuals with autism.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$92,000 (DOE), with a generous hiring bonus and full benefits package. We are also open to part-time candidates and offer relocation assistance for out-of-state applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans in line with Occupational Therapy standards.
- Provide direct therapy to implement goals in individual or group settings.
- Supervise and provide case guidance to Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Maintain client records and data collection as per policy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client care.
- Assist with staff training and professional development.
- Manage scheduling and ensure timely, effective therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or eligible for Occupational Therapy licensure in Arizona.
- Experience working with autism populations is preferred.
- Proficiency in working with young children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, plan, and organize independently.
- Must pass a fingerprint clearance check and other related hiring requirements.
