Director of Human Resources Compensation:

• Salary: $170,000 -$190,000 plus *SIGN ON BONUS*
• Locations: El Centro, CA (Relocation Assistance: $10-$15K) 
• Student Loan Assistance: Available through NHSC

 Requirements:

• Graduation from a college with a Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or 7-10 years in a related field and supervisory experience related to the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Director of Human Resources  Overview of Responsibilities:

• Develop, recommend, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and organizational guidelines.
• Provide HR consultation and policy review to managers across all departments.
• Supervise HR staff, oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Administer the annual HR budget and direct all recruitment activities.
• Oversee the Clinic’s compensation, benefits programs, and performance appraisal systems.
• Serve as trustee for the Clinic’s pension plan and handle employee grievances.
• Participate as a key member of the executive management team.
• Develop and enforce the company’s diversity and equal employment initiatives; address ADA compliance and manage issues related to harassment or discrimination.
• Oversee the Human Resource Information System and manage confidential HR files.
• Coordinate training and continuing education programs for all employees.
• Prepare reports for the Executive Team, the Board of Directors, and regulatory agencies.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
