Job Description

Key duties and Responsibilities

 

·Coordinates with market committees, community leaders and appraises community members on the data collection process for social mapping.

·Takes part in key informant interviews and focus group discussions as assigned by the Supervisor.

·Facilitates community level social mapping and collects required household data.

·Enters required household data using electronic devices and checks for errors, consistency and validity.

·Explains project objectives and the data collection process to community members.

·Ensures that IASC core principles and safeguarding standards are met and maintained accordingly.

·Reports cases of suspected Sexual Harassment Exploitation and Abuse to the relevant stakeholders.

·Ensures that Safeguarding information is disseminated to the relevant stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications, skills and experience:

· 3 A level passes

·  Ability to communicate in local vernacular languages

· Applicants must be residents in the respective duty station and proof of residence will be required.

·Good interpersonal and communication skills.
