Job Description

·Produces documents such as lessons learnt summaries, human interest stories, and submits to the MEAL Specialist.

· Consolidates all success stories into success story booklet for publication.

· Produces short videos and documentaries of project activities and provide coverage on events such as field days, donor visits and project asset hand over ceremonies.

· Files and archives project documents as per project requirements.

·Participates in production of newsletters, technical briefs and Fact Sheets on behalf of the consortia.

· Develops visual guides for data collection by project staff.

·Responsible for development of branding project visibility materials including banners, posters, bill boards.

·Develops individual M&E activity plans and submits to the MEAL Specialist.

·Develops Individual Operating plan (IOP) from the project annual operating plan (AOP) and submits to the Technical Team Leader.

·Participates in baseline, midterm and end-line evaluations.

·Collects data through focus group discussions, knowledge and practice surveys and rolling profiles (case studies) and submits to MEAL Specialist.

.Files and archives project documents as per project requirements

Qualifications

·Degree in Communications, Social Sciences/Monitoring and Evaluation or related field

·At least two years working experience in Communications/Documentation/Social Sciences/Monitoring and Evaluation

·Valid class 3 motorbike riding licence an added advantage
