TCP Training Pty Ltd is a national training company founded in 2001 with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. 

We provide training services across a number of industries which includes Hospitality, Retail, Aged Care, Child Care and Education. This includes the delivery of HLTAID001 Provide CPR and HLTAID003 Provide First Aid. 

Job Description

We are currently looking for a casual trainer to assist us with our growing presence in the Perth metropolitan area. This role may eventually lead to a Part Time or Full Time opportunity. 

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver nationally accredited First Aid and CPR training at client sites in Perth, or at our Bibra Lake facility. You will also need to ensure all paperwork and compliance requirements are maintained to a high standard. Our growing list of clients includes a nationally recognised fast food employer, a number of metropolitan based high schools, child care centres, and aged care employers. 

We're looking for someone energetic, engaging and passionate in their delivery and interactions with people from all walks of life. An individual who understands the importance of compliance, is highly organised, and takes a commercial approach in the work they do.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment plus TAEASS502 and TAELLN411; and/or hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • HLTAID001 Provide CPR AND HLTAID003 Provide First Aid
  • National Police Clearance (Issued within last six months)
  • Current Working with Children Card
  • Current FluVac (for aged care premises access)

Additional Information

Preference to those with two to five years vocational industry experience. We will however consider someone who is qualified with limited experience in a vocational trainer capacity. 

Current valid drivers licence as travel is required within the metro area. 

Only those individuals currently living in Perth and have the appropriate working rights will be considered for this role.
