Care247solutions are looking for experienced Support Worker and Health care assistance to provide person centered care to clients with learning difficulties within Swindon and the surrounding area.You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients. Your daily tasks as a Support Worker would include toileting the service user ,washing and showering ,Changing bedding ,use of equipment for manual handling ,re positioning service user ,feeding ,daily activities and leading a more fulfilled life as well as  any other assistance that the service user may require.
