As a Support worker you will support clients in their own homes with:
- Providing on to one support to people with mental health/Physical or learning disabilities
- Taking clients to appointments or social activities
- Assisting clients in personal care and dressing if required
- Helping clients with applying for benefits and budgeting
- Assisting with Shopping and meal planning
- Companionship
- Promoting Cleaning and other household duties
- We provide and train in you in infection control to keep you safe
Qualifications
To join our team you will need to have:
- a genuine interest in helping vulnerable people
- a flexible and reliable attitude to work
- a good sense of humour and an even temper
- Be able to stay calm under pressure.
- a valid driving licence
- Be willing to have a DBS/Police check and have good references.
