CarLabs specializes in building conversational experiences in the automotive vertical. We're building out a platform for Messenger bots, Alexa skills, Google Assistant/Home, and web-widgets. Our goal is to change the way people find and learn about the best car for them. We want to allow our clients to create unique and creative experiences with responses backed by automotive data.

As the Technical Product Manager, your job is to work closely with our CEO, technical internal teams, including engineering and development, to write user stories and requirements. This is a fast-paced environment where the Technical Product Manager needs to be aiding to deliver complex products that require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration to ensure on time delivery with a quality that exceeds client expectations.

• Degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years experience translating customer needs into user stories and delivering exceptional customer experiences

• 5+ years experience prioritizing a large backlog of requirements, and developing roadmaps that delivers customers’ most valued features first

• Ability to understand tech trends, see how they impact your roadmap, and how they drive innovation.

• Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your team.

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire team
