Establish and maintain direct contact
with the clients to accelerate business for the Organization.

Reports To : Assistant Relationship Manager

CTC : 2.04 LPA [Rs. 144000 (Fixed) +
Rs. 60000 (Variable)]

Job Location : Indore

Responsibilities:

• Establish contact with clients via telephone calls.

• Understanding and evaluating customer needs.

• Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

• Maintaining and developing long term relationships with clients.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing Organization standards. Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Skills:

• Good communication skills.

• Fast learner and passion for sales.

• Demonstrate the quality of interacting with new people.

• Possess a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.

• Understanding of negotiation techniques.

• Works with a positive, confident and determined approach.


Job Requirements:

Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
