Job Description

Relevant Majors: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics 

Must have hands-on working experience with the Sales, Service or Marketing Modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

 

Relevant Technical Skills:  

Minimum 4 – 7 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using its Sales, Service or Marketing Modules 

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 is preferred, but Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 is a must

Experienced with both On-Premise and On-Line versions 

Certifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is desired 

At a mimumum, either Sales and /or Service module experience is required 

Need to be proficient in configuration, identifying customizations plus report and dashboard creation  

Deep industry knowledge of a major industry such as manufacturing, distribution or utilities is also desired along with experience with the business processes of that industry     

Knowledge of additional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Modules

• Sales, Service, Marketing

• Social Management, ISVs, Powerr BI is a plus

• Experience in documenting business requirements and interpreting them into functional requirements
