· 1-2 years’ Experience in international BPO, specifically in a Voice and Email Handling process
· Handle customer issues, coordinate with different functions
· Service ticket management
· Willing to work in 24/7 environment
Primary Skills
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and Listening skills
· Experience and good knowledge of working with a team onshore and offshore.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
· Good Customer Service skills
· Basic analytical skills
Secondary Skills
· Prefer Associate Degree
