Job Description

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Contract Product Manager to partner with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) organization and establish the foundational product management deliverables for EA’s portfolio of products and services. The purpose of this role is to accelerate progress by creating the core artifacts (product canvases, visions, strategies, governance frameworks, and roadmaps) that will then be handed off to existing product managers for long-term ownership and execution. This individual will serve as a hands-on delivery PdM, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to EA’s productization efforts, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, business outcomes, and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Foundational Product Work: • Develop Product Canvases for EA products and services (reference architecture, standards, customer and user data insights, governance services, platform capabilities).

• Establish product visions and strategies that clearly articulate value to business, users, and technology stakeholders.

• Define governance frameworks to guide architectural adoption, compliance, and lifecycle management. • Create product roadmaps that balance strategic intent with incremental value delivery.

• Develop key metrics to measure EA products’ outcomes. Framework Alignment: • Ensure that deliverables are framework-aligned and methodologically consistent.

• Ensure EA products and services are documented in a way that enables reuse, alignment, and compliance with enterprise-wide standards. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with Enterprise Architects, business leaders, product managers, and delivery teams to cocreate product artifacts.

• Translate technical architectural standards into clear, business friendly narratives. • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to validate assumptions and refine product outcomes. Handoff & Enablement:

• Package completed product management artifacts for smooth transition to existing product managers.

• Provide knowledge transfer sessions and documentation to ensure continuity of ownership. • Ensure all artifacts are actionable and operational for ongoing management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in large enterprise environments, ideally within IT or Enterprise Architecture domains.
  •  Expertise in product definition and strategy: vision, canvas, governance, and road mapping. • Strong familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent).
  • Skilled communicator with ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Demonstrated success in building foundational deliverables for handoff to other PdMs.
