Job Description

CapTech is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Systems team.  As a member of our Enterprise Systems team, you will help CapTech by delivering valuable insights, tools, and features that enable our continued success.

Responsibilities include managing the daily operations of CapTech’s Salesforce including developing reports, maintaining data integrity, and configuring new features and enhancements.  The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with Business Development, Account Management, and Staffing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional expertise to Enterprise Systems team
  • Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements
  • Identify functionality requiring custom logic to meet requirements and demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
  • Develop business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support
  • Lead or facilitate sessions to gather, define and document business requirements
  • Identify and map relevant system integrations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science) preferred
  • Three plus years’ administration experience with Salesforce
  • Salesforce certification(s) preferred
  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools and languages such as Apex and Lightning
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects in addition to understanding core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods
  • Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet business needs and participate in system configuration
  • Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts
  • Must be located in one of the following states:  Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington, DC, Wisconsin.
