The Administrative Assistant at CapTech will provide general office administration for our  offices located in Denver.

Specific responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant position include:

  • General organization of the office including handling mail, printing documents, assisting with internal department needs, coordinating logistics for training and events, and working with external vendors
  • Order office supplies/snacks online and keep them neat and stocked in the office
  • Help facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc, urgent meetings including preparing and distributing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, and setting up technology for video conferences
  • Answer, screen, and respond to incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with company events by ordering catering and setting up the office space
  • Prepare and stay the duration of company events to help with clean up and resetting the office space
  • Help facilitate scheduled and ad hoc, urgent meetings including preparing and distributing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, and setting up technology for video conferences
  • Schedule on and offsite meeting facilities to meet the objective of the event in a cost-effective manner
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Partner with team members to coordinate presentation materials
  • Occasionally help out with office projects providing support when an extra resource is necessary

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • 5+ years supporting C-Level executives
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Experience exercising judgment and discretion with sensitive/confidential and proprietary information
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with a high-level of accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic organization
  • High level of accuracy and initiative
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with social media platforms
