Job Description

CapTech is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our company with a recruiting focused, people based culture. The ideal candidate is energized by identifying top candidates for consulting roles and selling the CapTech brand in support of the growth of our Chicago Office as well as other office locations. 
 

Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Lead include: 

  • Partner with leadership team to source and recruit experienced consultants aligned with market and services growth; own and track progress against demand and strategic hiring targets 
  • Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants who can build the CapTech brand 
  • Drive the full-lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage  
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and sell the CapTech story 
  • Qualify potential candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process 
  • Partner with the talent leadership team to accomplish the office and company-wide talent strategy  
  • Focus on building out the CapTech brand to attract and nurture future candidates  
  • Support internal recruiting initiatives 
  • Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to drive candidates through the process; ensuring there is a focus on detailed notes, feedback, and documentation

Qualifications

Specific qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Lead include: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent for strategic technology roles (data & analytics, software engineering, customer experience, management consulting) 
  • 3+ years recruiting on a national level is preferred
  • Collaborative team player with positive attitude  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand the needs of the business  
  • Prior experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top-performing consultants 
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and change focus quickly  
  • Prior experience using recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, Entelo, etc..  
  • Willing to travel periodically to support office strategic recruiting initiatives
