Alongside our global campuses, we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we’re focusing on Manila so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.
This role is a 6 month freelance engagement. This would suit someone who has full-time availability, however you will be paid on a pay per output model.
What you’d be doing in this role
As our B2B Webinar Producer, you’ll own the day-to-day execution of Canva’s global B2B webinar program -across Campaign, Product, Partner, and Sponsored formats.
You’ll be the operational engine behind every webinar, overseeing the entire lifecycle, from event setup and speaker coordination to live production, post-event management, and reporting. You’ll bring structure, precision, and creativity to every step, ensuring our virtual events are smooth, polished, and high-impact.
You’ll partner closely with the B2B Digital Content & Formats Lead to shape strategy, while taking the reins on execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building beautifully crafted digital experiences and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

You’ll bring our B2B webinar program to life end-to-end, owning the full journey across Campaign, Product, Partner, and Sponsored events — from intake to on-demand replay.
You’ll build and run exceptional digital events in Goldcast, setting up pages, configuring registration, managing content, and ensuring everything looks and feels beautifully on-brand.
You’ll collaborate closely with speakers and cross-functional partners, coordinating assets, prepping presenters, and making every session feel polished, confident, and ready for prime time.
You’ll produce seamless experiences, running rehearsal and live event operations and keeping events running smoothly across time zones and audiences.
You’ll transform each event into an evergreen resource, capturing recordings, maintaining our on-demand library, and ensuring content stays organised, tagged, and easy to discover.
You’ll deliver clear insights and reporting, tracking registrations, engagement, and performance to help us optimise campaigns and continuously raise the bar.
You’ll elevate and evolve how we work, refining workflows, improving templates, and partnering with the Lead to experiment with new formats and smarter, more scalable ways of delivering webinars.

You love creating seamless digital experiences and enjoy the mix of technical production, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You have experience producing webinars or digital events end-to-end.
You have a strong platform knowledge — ideally Goldcast or similar event tools.
You have project management skills across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
You have detail-oriented, quality-driven mindset.
You enjoy learning new tools, workflows, and production methods.
You bring a collaborative mindset and a drive to continuously elevate the program, quarter after quarter.
