Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

 

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Territory & Account Planning: You’ll take a strategic approach — identifying high-potential opportunities and investing your time where it drives the most impact.

  • Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth: You’ll proactively build pipeline through outbound engagement and prospecting, using Salesforce to maintain visibility, accuracy, and momentum across the funnel.

  • Customer-Centric Storytelling: You’ll guide customers through a tailored journey, using compelling narratives and creative vision to demonstrate how Canva can meet their unique needs.

  • Be a Product Expert: You’ll deeply understand Canva’s product suite and position creative, scalable solutions to address customer challenges. You’ll also capture customer feedback and share insights to influence our roadmap.

  • Foster Long-Term Relationships: You’ll focus on creating meaningful, lasting partnerships — both externally with customers and internally with cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Bring Chaos to Clarity: You’ll simplify complex problems into compelling, customer-ready stories using Canva’s Worksuite (Presentations, Docs, etc.). You’ll also communicate clearly and consistently with your internal teams - ensuring alignment across pipeline, forecast, and deal progression.

 

You're probably a match if

  • You’ve worked with medium-sized accounts and have a strong track record of top performance, ideally in a tech environment.

  • You’ve successfully managed full sales cycles with a focus on new logo acquisition.

  • You’re skilled at navigating complexity and crafting solutions that solve real business challenges.

  • You know how to build strategic account plans and map value across intricate organisations.

  • You’re confident presenting to multiple stakeholders and leading sophisticated negotiations.

  • You’re at ease with ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving, ever-changing environments.
