What you'd be doing in this role
This role sits within our Marketing Science Group in the Delivery and Pipelines Team, directly supporting our Lifecycle Marketers and helping drive growth through smart, actionable insights.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Rebuilding our measurement foundations (pipelines, data models and dashboards) to support self-service measurement and reporting.
Acting as a strategic thought partner in identifying opportunities, measuring impact, and shaping the Lifecycle Marketing road map.
Designing measurement frameworks that track campaign performance and conversions.
Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform media investment, campaign strategy, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Analytics Engineering, and Product to make sure data is accurate, connected, and decision-ready.
You're probably a match if:
You’re a natural communicator who creates alignment and brings clarity to complex problems.
You’re great at helping teams align around KPIs and strategic insights.
You’ve built dashboards to track the marketing and sales funnel (and know what makes one actually useful).
You’re confident with SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
You can wrangle and analyse data in Python or R.
You’re familiar with AB testing/experimentation concepts and their application in Marketing.
You’re collaborative, curious, and excited to work across Marketing.
About the team
This role sits in our Global Marketing Research & Data team - home to researchers, analytics engineers, and data scientists who thrive on solving hard problems. We partner closely with Canva’s 500+ person marketing org to deliver insights that inform real decisions.
