Alongside our global campuses, we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we’re focusing on São Paulo so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

This role is a 6 month engagement, working full-time hours.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

We’re on a mission to scale creative operations and campaign excellence across LATAM, ensuring every launch is delivered with quality, speed, and impact. You’ll help streamline workflows, manage campaign lifecycles, and keep creative momentum high. This means keeping assets launch-ready, dispatching on time, and enabling our teams to do what they do best: create powerful campaigns that bring Canva’s magic to life across the region.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Ensuring creative assets meet quality and accuracy standards before launch — so campaigns go live seamlessly.

  • Keeping trackers and campaign documentation consistently updated across systems.

  • Managing end-to-end dispatch workflows: timelines, file delivery, internal communication and cross-functional alignment.

  • Providing quick-turn support for light video or creative edits (e.g. trimming, formatting, resizing).

  • Documenting and improving campaign delivery processes — and sharing that knowledge with the team.

  • Collaborating with creative, marketing and channel leads to ensure campaign priorities are aligned and blockers are resolved fast.

  • Supporting LATAM campaign and growth teams with ad-hoc tasks that help turn creative ideas into impact.

  • Are highly organised with a keen eye for detail and timelines

  • Are proactive, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment

  • Have a basic working knowledge of video editing and spreadsheets

  • Communicate clearly and work well with multiple stakeholders

  • Know your way around platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube (a plus!)

  • Are eager to learn, grow, and improve how things get done

  • Are fluent in English; Spanish is a bonus

We work collaboratively across marketing, creative, and channel teams to deliver campaigns that inspire our community and fuel Canva’s growth in the region. By keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently, this role enables our teams to focus on what they do best: creating impactful campaigns that bring Canva’s mission of empowering the world to design to life, and making strategic analysis and data-driven decisions that strengthen our long-term impact.
