Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth, Auckland and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

Job Description

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Leading a high-performing team of TPMs across the Content & Design supergroup, enabling them to deliver impact at scale.

  • Driving a culture of sustainable delivery and accountability across fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Influencing and guiding senior stakeholders across the business to align on strategy, priorities, and scalable delivery practices.

  • Partnering closely with Engineering and Product leaders to identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure velocity across programs.

  • Building clarity, alignment, and accountability through transparent planning, documentation, and cross-group collaboration.

  • Evolving and scaling the TPM craft at Canva by coaching others and contributing to community-wide best practices.

You're probably a match if

  • 10+ years of TPM experience in SaaS or tech organisations, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • A natural coaching style and leadership presence – you've developed TPMs and created high-trust, high-impact teams.

  • The ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

  • A deep understanding of Agile, product development lifecycles, and technical concepts.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – you lead through influence, not authority.

  • Experience working with senior leaders and executive teams on goal setting, strategy alignment, and delivery rhythms.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity to explore new ways of working, and drive to continuously improve.
