Hello, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Campaign Orchestration & Reporting: Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery through stakeholder alignment. Track performance metrics and deliver insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline campaign creation and execution processes to enable faster launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Business-to-Technical Translation: Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for Martech and Sales Operations teams.
  • Data Segmentation: Utilize data sources and categories for effective audience segmentation, enhancing targeted outreach efforts.
  • Audience Segmentation & Testing: Act as the expert on audience segmentation, A/B testing, and success metrics, providing guidance to optimize campaign performance.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously oversee and refine campaigns to meet performance objectives.
  • Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold operational standards with rigorous pre-launch QA checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead-to-MQL Conversion: Collaborate with Growth Marketing to boost conversion rates by analyzing data and offering actionable insights.
  • Salesforce Platform Excellence: Drive ongoing platform improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize Salesforce, designing scalable, best-practice solutions.
  • Configuration Management: Oversee Salesforce configurations, including managing process flows, assignment rules, approval processes, custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Innovation in Marketing Tools: Enhance tools and processes across the B2B and Education marketing engine, encompassing sales, education, partnerships, events, and more.
  • Sales Systems Partnership: Work closely within the Sales Systems delivery framework to ensure that marketing needs are fully represented and aligned, supporting and enhancing Sales Systems goals and standards.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in Canva’s dynamic, project-rich environment by effectively prioritizing and adapting to evolving needs.

You're probably a match if

  • 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing, Sales operations or related fields
  • Strong understanding of tools which enable Marketing and Sales teams, and an aptitude to quickly learn new tools, specifically:
    - Mandatory: Salesforce Sales Cloud Certified (SFDC Admin 1-2 years)
    - Preferred: Pardot/Marketo (or similar MA tool), Braze/Intercom, other similar Sales and Marketing tooling
  • Experience in configuring Salesforce beyond basic usage, including customising workflows, creating reports and dashboards, and managing user permissions.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and defining success metrics.
  • Proven ability to document processes, workflows, and system configurations within Salesforce and other marketing tools. This includes creating user guides, training materials, and maintaining documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Bonus: Data analysis & data visualisation tool capability - we won’t need you to query the data warehouse, but you have an understanding of data schemas to construct segmentation rules and conduct insightful analyses.
