Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

Strategy and Briefing

  • Collaborate with SEO team to execute B2B SEO strategy, driving organic traffic, leads, and pipeline growth.
  • Plan and prioritise web initiatives with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
  • Lead demand capture efforts to improve lead quality and conversion by aligning with sales and ops teams.
  • Coordinate with content strategy teams to create assets and improve website journeys.
  • Support CRO strategies by prioritising high-impact web experiments.
  • Translate strategic ideas into clear briefs for execution across teams.

Experimentation and Innovation

  • Develop and implement a growth experiment framework for the B2B website.
  • Align marketing website projects with sales and ops goals, prioritising experiments based on ROI.
  • Validate hypotheses, optimise learnings, and introduce innovative tools to scale strategies.

Operational Excellence

  • Set up infrastructure and playbooks for scalable experimentation.
  • Secure resources and manage budgets for tools, technology, and content production.
  • Collaborate across marketing, MarTech, and sales ops to align on operational roadmaps.

Data & Reporting

  • Work with data teams to report results and evolve attribution models.
  • Partner with data scientists to drive proactive, data-driven strategies.

You're probably a match if

  • You have experience owning organic channels like SEO, website strategy, CRO, and content marketing, particularly for B2B audiences and SaaS products.
  • You possess a strong understanding of various marketing channels (SEO, SEM, web chat, content marketing, product growth, sales enablement, referral marketing) and know how to build website initiatives around each.
  • You have scaled complex inbound marketing funnels with proven tactics that drive significant results.
  • You are experienced in reporting on channel impact across B2B metrics like leads, pipeline, and ARR.
  • You are confident in working with senior stakeholders across teams and effectively communicating strategy and results.
  • You have partnered with designers, content strategists, and engineers to bring concepts to life.
  • You understand web analytics tools that help accelerate speed to market.
  • You have experience writing strategic briefs with clear executional direction based on insights.
  • You are passionate about using data to inform and improve programs of work.


About the team

Canva’s B2B Growth Marketing team is on a mission to become a widely loved and used product in organizations across the globe. As part of that mission, we’re focused on driving awareness for Canva as an all-in-one workplace design tool, and we’re responsible for the acquisition, adoption, and expansion of workplace teams by generating leads and pipeline for the sales team. We do this by identifying areas of high impact, building growth strategies, and launching experiments across our GTM motions. We specialize across all marketing channels, and we embed our hypotheses with data and insights to drive clear business value.
