Job Description

  • Event Research and Execution: Support production managers in multiple markets, assist in researching and sourcing local vendors, assist in executing events, assist with compiling event recaps, book travel for team, and organize and source photo/video assets

  • Vendor Management: Act as promotional liaison between Cannonball and participating clients/vendors, volunteers, and staff. Create and manage list of vendors for each event location based on research, onboard and assist in the management of vendor relationships prior to, during and after each festival

  • Social Media: Manage and engage with customers on social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

  • Customer Experience: Maintain customer service emails and relationships, and ensure that our customers have the best brand experience possible

  • Digital Marketing: Be at the forefront of digital marketing trends and continually advise Cannonball on any new changes or ideas

Qualifications

  • Able to communicate Cannonball brand intelligently, professionally and effectively
  • You are highly collaborative, fostering strong relationships across all parts of the business and must enjoy learning and sharing knowledge

  • You are passionate about events and care deeply about customer experience

  • You are a self-starter and can solve challenging problems on your own

  • Experience with social media platforms

  • You have thorough research skills and ability to analyze and make suggestions based on findings

  • You are a self-motivated and responsible worker; able to complete projects independently

  • You have a creative, curious and entrepreneurial spirit; you love thinking of and executing new ideas

  • You are able to communicate Cannonball brand intelligently, professionally and effectively

  • You have previous marketing/event internship experience and have demonstrated success in that role

  • Bachelor’s degree (plus if it’s a related degree with relevant work experience)

  • Live in the New York City metro area

Additional Information

You should be able to easily meet in the city at our office in SoHo.
