Job Description
Position: Senior Compensation Administrator
Salary: $60K-70K
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location: St. Paul, MN
This is a fulltime benefit eligible position.
Job Descriptions:
As a Senior Compensation Administrator you will develop and administer compensation plans and job evaluation process.
- Conduct annual market reviews and analysis to ensure a competitive position within the market and provide recommendations for the annual merit program and salary structure.
- Responsible for the communication, management reports and training related to the compensation program, the research and design of performance management systems and administration of the benefit programs.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is desired.
- Two to three years of experience in the design/development of compensation, performance management systems and benefit programs.
- Experience in the administration of employee benefit programs is desired.
- Strong computer skills, including highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.); and human resources information systems (HRIS).
- Analytical, project management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels.
- Driver’s license required.
