Canam Steel Corporation is a major US manufacturer of open web steel joists and steel deck.  The company participates in thousands of projects each year ranging from large distribution centers and high rise projects, to small retail centers.   The Corporation currently operates six fabrication facilities, several sales and engineering offices, and employs approximately 800 people across the United States.

This role will assist the manufacturing floor and the office in keep our facility safe, tidy and clean.  

On the manufacturing floor, you will ensure that items are where they should be, that the walkways are clear of debris and that the trashcans are emptied regularly.

In the office, you will disinfect the eating areas twice a day and clean the restrooms daily.

Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

The shift is 7 am - 3:30 pm, with occasional opportunity for overtime.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful.

Prior janitorial experience is also helpful.
