Internal Job Title: Bilingual Partner Success Associate

Position Summary
As a Bilingual Partner Success Associate at BUMP, you will be responsible for supporting accounts assigned through the Partner Success Contact Centre (PSCC). In this position you will nurture and enhance existing partnerships and support the development of new accounts.
Core Responsibilities
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BUMP’s Digital Raffle Solution.
- Develop knowledge of provincial and state raffle regulations.
- Communicate and track partner requirements with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Software Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing Teams, Marketing Agencies, eCommerce and Credit Card Processing Providers).
- Successfully onboard new charitable partners:
- Assist with regulatory licensing process and registration when requested.
- Assist with eCommerce storefront design with partner’s creative department and BUMP’s marketing team.
- Execute BUMP’s training program to ensure the partner uses the raffle platform as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Product support for online and in-venue digital raffles.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with BUMP’s charitable partners.
- Assist with incident management follow-up with internal stakeholders and the client.
- Help manage equipment inventory, including shipping to and from customer sites.
- Various other duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Fundamental Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Fluent in English and French (speak, read, write)
- Able to travel approx. 1-2 days/month on average
Minimum Qualifications
- College diploma in business, marketing or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales position
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms
