Job Description


  • Maintaining the digital product catalog and product data, ensuring all consumer – facing content is loaded, accurate and functioning properly
  • Execute product and category merchandising in conjunction with the Marketing calendar in partnership with cross - functional teams
  • Execute merchandising based on market specific needs
  • Perform and optimize site search
  • Act as platform expert from business user perspective to advise and inform during business planning
  • Provides reporting on relevant KPIs
  • Conducts user accept testing for digital channels and new functionalities
  • Continuously review customer feedback on products and take appropriate actions
  • Monitor inventory level and collaborate with the planning team ensuring inventory runs and flow according to drop dates

Experience, Education and Designations:

  • Diploma / Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of ecommerce merchandising
  • Supervisory / manager experience

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Working knowledge, experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, other Sales Force Products is a plus
  • Proven track record in workflow optimization
  • Data Analysis, experience with Google Analytics, BI tools, Core Metrics
  • Understanding of Ecommerce, Retail, and CX best practices
