Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Warranty Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics functions within the Warranty realm.  Working with the repair facilities, call centers and CG internal teams, the logistics coordinator will ensure to identify, resolve and execute all logistic functions to ensure Warranty cases and customer inquires are handled in a timely manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive all inbound shipments for Warranty
  • Unpack shipments and ensure all inbound shipments are accurately received and updated into the Warranty platform
  • Coordinate and schedule all inbound and outbound shipment to and from preferred dry cleaners
  • Ensure all outbound shipments are prepared, packed and ready for shipment
  • Ensure shipping documents are accurately processed
  • Coordinate and schedule all outbound shipments with third party couriers and transportation companies
  • Enter all tracking information into the Warranty platform with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Issue return labels and investigate any cases/issues that may arise during transit
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of materials needed for daily operations
  • Support Warranty daily operations with receiving, moving, storing and shipping of all materials required
  • Perform other duties as requested

 

Experience, Education and Designations:

  • 1-2 Years’ experience in Logistics & Supply Chain is a must
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work standing for extended periods of time

 

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of shipping systems, customs documentation and international shipping standards
  • Must be meticulous and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
  • Proficient in Salesforce

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing/warehouse environment
