Job Description

Canada Goose is looking for an outstanding Internal Communications Business Partner to support the development and execution of communications initiatives and campaigns that support the department’s core objective of creating an engaged and informed workforce. Working closely with stakeholders from across the business, you'll flex your excellent listening, verbal and written skills, understanding of internal communications best practices to connect initiatives back to CG priorities and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide communications advice and support to the client groups across CG
  • Act as the communications liaison between CG’s corporate groups and in-store teams ensuring consistency in messaging and cadence
  • Build an understanding of Canada Goose’s culture, values, and corporate priorities with the in-store teams
  • Plan and prioritize messaging for your client group based on the retail calendar
  • Ensure your client groups are kept top of mind in the planning and rollout of global initiatives
  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of the annual global conference
  • Assist in budget preparation and tracking
  • Other duties as required

Experience, Education and Designations:

  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in marketing, communications, or PR
  • 3+ years of relevant experience either at a communications agency or in-house

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Natural connector who works well with others internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal, written
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Confident team contributor who can also succeed on their own
