Job Description

The Director of Implementation is responsible for the success of Campfire software deployments at customers from kickoff through launch. The position serves an important leadership role working across customers, Campfire staff and business partners. The position also supports senior leadership in executing business strategies and strategic initiatives.

Technical Skills

  • Directs the implementation process and establishes milestones and key processes
  • Resolves conflicts and issues throughout the implementation process to the mutual satisfaction of Campfire and our customers
  • Monitors and manages key deliverables of the implementation plan, reporting regularly to customer and Campfire senior management
  • Builds strong cross-functional relationships with external customers
  • Utilizes project management practices and tools
  • Advises and makes recommendations to business leaders on key strategic and tactical decisions
  • Provides support for financial, sales and operation reporting and analysis
  • Ability to lead change and execute on business objectives through oversight and management of key stakeholders and owners
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Work Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in software deployment and software customer success
  • 3+ years of experience working with sales and finance business processes such as forecasting, budgeting, sales quote preparation, cost modeling and pricing
  • Proven ability to earn trust of customers and resolve issues and conflicts inherent with complex software implementations
  • Experience working at or with Tier 1 automotive suppliers strongly preferred

Educational Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Engineering and/or related discipline
  • MBA degree a plus

Currently, Campfire is working remotely to keep our employees safe and healthy! When we are able to return to the office it is expected that this person will be the in-office and able to meet with our customers a few days a week.
