Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative functions of projects and programs. You will oversee the project's daily functions to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met.

  • Reviewing PowerPoints
  • Attending customer meetings and take notes and file trip reports
  • Documenting open issues and file in Campfire systems
  • Flagging high-risk items to management and take appropriate actions proactively
  • Setup of customer meetings
  • Flagging urgent customer e-mails and take appropriate actions proactively
  • Sending out internal and external project status messages

Skills and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of Automotive process knowledge in one of automotive (quoting, program management, or forecasting)
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to successfully Multi-task 

Additional Information

Currently, Campfire is working remotely to keep our employees safe and healthy! When we are able to return to the office it is expected that this person will be the in-office and able to meet with our customers a few days a week.
