Curiosity Academy is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team!

As an Preschool Teacher, you will create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that supports children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development. You will work collaboratively with fellow teachers, staff, and families to ensure each child receives individualized care and support during these important early years.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Support children's daily routines, including free play, guided activities, diapering/toileting, snacks/meals, and rest time
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom
• Encourage social-emotional development, independence, problem-solving, and positive peer interactions
• Observe, assess, and document developmental progress and milestones
• Maintain open, professional communication with families regarding children's growth and experiences
• Collaborate with leadership to create a consistent, high-quality learning environment
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist in other classrooms and school activities as needed

• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education (2+ years preferred) 

• Ability to obtain required clearances: Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearances, and Mandated Reporter Training
