Curiosity Academy is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team!

We are currently hiring a dedicated teacher for:

• Young Toddler Classroom (1-Year-Old Classroom)

At Curiosity Academy, we believe every child has a natural curiosity and desire to explore the world around them. We’re looking for a teacher who share these values and have a true passion for guiding toddlers during their earliest stages of learning and development.

We are seeking a nurturing, energetic teacher who are passionate about early childhood development and committed to helping young children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that supports children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development. You will work collaboratively with fellow teachers, staff, and families to ensure each child receives individualized care and support during these important early years.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Support children's daily routines, including free play, guided activities, diapering/toileting, snacks/meals, and rest time
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom
• Encourage social-emotional development, independence, problem-solving, and positive peer interactions
• Observe, assess, and document developmental progress and milestones
• Maintain open, professional communication with families regarding children's growth and experiences
• Collaborate with leadership to create a consistent, high-quality learning environment
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist in other classrooms and school activities as needed

• High School Diploma, required.

• CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred.

• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education (2+ years preferred) 

• Ability to obtain required clearances: Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearances, and Mandated Reporter Training
