We are seeking an Industrial Engineer for our manufacturing plant, located near Bedford, NH. 

Responsible for evaluating and improving plant performance, continuous improvement, automation, safety, quality, production output and operating cost.  Using lean manufacturing techniques, root cause analysis 3D problem solving and leading cross functional teams to provide process improvements. Leading quality activities and ensuring QMS compliance.

Experience with implementation of adaptable robotics/automation is strongly preferred.  Must have outstanding organizational, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent, a minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
