We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer, for our chemical manufacturing company, located near Hampton, NH.

Responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, designing, optimizing and implementing product and process changes various mixing/manufacturing operations with a goal of improving quality, increasing capacity, and reducing costs while increasing production to high volumes. Leading continuous improvement projects, risk assessments and capital expenditure requests, preparing SOP’s and training production and maintenance staff for set-up, operation and maintenance while adhering to safety regulations.

Must have a minimum of three years engineering experience in Project Management, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering in chemical processing, mixing, reactions, filtration, and filling processes including process safety and chemical processes design; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using advanced statistical tools. Experience with Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing and Automation/PLC experience is preferred.

BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.  Other engineering majors with chemical manufacturing experience will also be considered.
