We are seeking a Tax Manager for our full-service public accounting client located near Merrimack, NH.

Responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the team focused on commercial tax; delivering a full range of tax services; marketing the firm to new clients and supporting the business development of the practice.

Must be able to prepare financial statements, identify and mitigate tax risks, monitor progress of engagements; stay current on policies, procedures and CPA rules and regulations. Supervise and mentor accounting staff and assess performance. Must be able to travel to local client locations approximately 50% of the time.

Must have strong communication, presentation, organizational, analytical and leadership skills with a proven track-record of bringing in and managing new clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and current CPA license is required.  Master’s is preferred. Minimum of seven years of recent public accounting experience working with commercial clients is required.
