Callaway Good Life Center is a 35 bed non-profit facility. We are community owned and not a part of a large corporation. We are situated in a quiet but progressive town with a hospital an Medical Clinic down the street.  We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and provide LTC, respite, rehabilitation including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. Full or part time Charge Nurse 12 hour night shift 6 PM - 6 AM. Responsibilities include passing medications and administering treatments as ordered by the physician. Monitoring residents condition, care planning. documentation. Supervision of nursing assistants and monitoring safety and compliance to all regulations.

Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska. Current CPR (we will provide education if needed), Available to work some holidays and weekends.
