Job Description
As the Bartender you will provide best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. You are an expert at the technical side of the job - knowledge of spirits/beer/wine, ability to maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar area, and outstanding serviceability. But beyond that, our Bartender is the hosts of the party! They make our Guests feel welcome; they engage with them, introduce them to the new and exciting food and beverage options, and make their visits memorable.
How You'll Do It
- Greet every Guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
- Offer food and beverages from the bar
- Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service
- Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic
- Be careful and efficient in handling cash
- Engage with Guests and ensure they are well cared for at all times
- Keep smiling, make eye contact and maintain positive body language
- Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according
- Suggest premium menu items enhance the Guest's experience and maximize sales
Qualifications
- 21+ years old, with bartending experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on a team
- A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Hand coordination and dexterity for rapid production
