Job Description

Looking for a Recruiter who will assist us with hiring recent college grads and/or interns for internal training/boot camps in Business Intelligence technologies. 
  • Work with the internal recruitment team in understanding the requirement process and hiring process.
  • Candidates sourcing through job boards, networking and referral program. 
  • Collaborate with campus recruiters to ensure an adequate slate of qualified candidates. 
  • Interview candidates and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to classification and selection of candidates. 
  • Coordinate technical interviews with the candidates.
  • Provide status updates to other recruiting coordinators. 
  • Generate job offers with compensation and review offer for accuracy before releasing. 
  • Follow through on background investigation to ensure a timely start date

Qualifications

Experience and knowledge required:

  • At least one year of previous full life-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Prior experience recruiting in technology and experience in accessing candidate’s technical skills.
  • Experience working in high volume, fast paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proven sales skills in closing the deal with candidates.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Requisitions from creation through hire in a high volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
