Job description: Supports CEO and the Executive VP team.
Executive Assistant Duties:
Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings and conference calls.
Arrange and coordinate all logistics for meetings, appointments, luncheons, travel, events and conferences.
Prepare agenda for meetings & take meeting minutes to distribute to all meeting attendees in a timely manner
Relay directives, instructions and assignment to staff.
Screen, receive, route and answer calls and greet guests.
Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Arrange complex travel plans and prepare detailed itineraries.
Work under minimal supervision and interact with company personnel at all organizational levels.
Must maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive issues
Social Media and Marketing
Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar. Work closely with marketing to devise and implement creative marketing strategy.
Write blog posts once per week, or work with marketing and product development to write blog posts once per week.
Familiarity with social media platforms including blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+.
Understanding of SEO and Semantic search optimization.
Understanding of social media analytics: how to collect analytics, report analytics and make decisions to improve marketing based on analytics
Update blog and social media platforms with industry updates, company events and other pertinent information
Position includes but is not limited to the mentioned duties.
Basic Qualification:
2-3 years of prior secretarial and administrative experience
Advanced knowledge of departmental/organizational policies and procedures, company products and programs.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Meeting Maker and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
