Job Description

The Warehouse Load Crew team member supports and delivers on the California Closets Brand Experience and is a key element in the cohesion and flow between the warehouse and installation teams. The Warehouse team member's main responsibility will be the loading of all job material into installation vans, ensuring accuracy and quality control. The Warehouse Load Crew team member will have various other responsibilities, this can include, but is not limited to shipping/receiving, job material staging, general warehouse functions or material handling operators (i.e. forklift operators). 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution such as clamp/slip sheet equipment; load, unload, and store materials/products in designated areas and vehicles
  • Examine materials to verify specifications required and stock materials in designated areas of the warehouse
  • Receiving and staging all materials for customer jobs
  • Ensure product material handling procedures and PPE best practices are followed
  • Serve as backup to other warehouse roles, as needed

***Must be forklift certified***

***Schedule for this position is 4a-12:30p***

***Pay is $20-$24/HR DOE***

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Hi-lo/ Forklift license
  • 2+ years of experience in a distribution or warehouse role in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry, preferably within a luxury brand environment
  • Ability to provide an exceptional client experience aligned to the company values.
  • Must possess an unwavering commitment to foster a safe and event-free work environment.
