Our Shop Helper will load, unload and unpack shipments of custom cabinetry products and hardware, inspect for damage and correct quantities, report damages or shortages, and enter receiving data into our company database. This position will also serve as a helper for our factory operations. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!

• Receiving products, staging and loading all materials for customer jobs
• Quality control and job checking of all materials entering and leaving warehouse
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
• Maintain cleanliness and physical condition of warehouse
• Inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
• General help of production of materials, hardware and cabinet drawers
• Helping at installs to unload product and delivery of products

• Experience shipping, receiving or working in a warehouse
• Basic woodworking skills
• Organization skills and detail oriented
• Data entry and computer skills
• Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to work in a production environment including sitting, standing, bending and operating machinery
• Forklift certification
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
• Good team player
• Able to multi task
• Works well in fast paced environments
• Class 5 Driver's License
